This year we had a major water leak from the washing machine hookup in our breezeway. Three days into the leak Mike picked it up on one of his regular inspections and fixed it. It was a leak that was NOT have been covered by the Aqueduct Authority's forgiveness program. He gives us peace of mind when we are away from our Keys home. He gives us pictures of his visit to show us things in our home, i.e. refrigerator temps, circuit breakers, thermostats, overgrown foliage, etc. His wife cleans our house so we can just walk in after being away for awhile. When we're gone from our property in the Keys it is SO reassuring to know that Mike is keeping a close eye on it. He is a paragon of responsibility, and the reports that he sends after each visit on site are fantastic -- not just complete, but with photos to document that everything is good. When Hurricane Ian passed by the Keys there was a significant surge at our bayside house, and we had no idea whether our ground floor had been flooded or not. Because of our relationship with Keyswatch we were able to find out that we escaped unscathed. The value of that peace of mind can't be overstated.
