Keyswatch Residential Services LLC
Home Watch Florida Keys
Do you ever worry about your Keys property while you are away?
Home Watch: A visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.
Keyswatch Residential Services provides professional, reliable Home Watch, Storm Preparation, Housekeeping, and other Residential Services here in the Upper Florida Keys to part time residents, second home owners, & vacation rental owners.
As Homeowners, at one time or another, we all face issues such as:
- Storm damage
- Insects ,& Pests
- Air conditioner failures
- Plumbing failures
- Moisture intrusion
- Theft or Vandalism
- Broken windows
Unfortunately these things can and do occur when you are not here as well as when you are. In many cases, the cost of repairs goes up exponentially the longer they go undiscovered. For example if you have an AC compressor failure, the air inside your home becomes stagnant and humid which will quickly lead to mold spore growth. Unchecked plumbing leaks or water intrusion are also major concerns.
Having a friend or neighbor stop in periodically as a favor check on your home may seem like a good idea until a serious issue arises that requires immediate action to remedy. Your property can quickly become an imposition to that friend or neighbor. That is why it is important to have a trained professional systematically inspect your home, complete an instant detailed checklist report, and have the ability to swiftly coordinate with licensed professionals to assist in the repair and maintenance of your home when needed.
Before we begin our Home Watch Service, we meet with and conduct a walk-through of the property inside and out. Together we create a customized checklist based on your requirements.
While you are away we make our regular visits to your home and conduct our Home Watch Inspections. Frequency is typically twice per month or weekly.
After each visit, Keyswatch Residential Services will email your time stamped GPS location detailed Checklist Report, including photos, while still on-site, providing assurance that your property is being monitored while you are away.
If we discover any issues that require repairs by professional contractors or tradesmen, Keyswatch Residential Services will work with you to get it done safely and expeditiously, using our Keyholder Service.
Keyswatch Residential Services is a professional, economical alternative to costly property management and other house sitter services. We are fully insured, bonded, and accredited members of the National Home Watch Association.
