Michael has been made things so much easier and with his help, I have been able to successfully provide outstanding service to my vacation guests. This year we had a major water leak from the washing machine hookup in our breezeway. Three days into the leak Mike picked it up on one of his regular inspections and fixed it. It was a leak that was NOT have been covered by the Aqueduct Authority's forgiveness program.
