Owners Zosia & Michael Klimpl have lived in the Islamorada, Florida Keys community since 2001. Over that time we have endured many Hurricanes and Tropical Storms, including the devastation created by Hurricanes Irma, Katrina, & Wilma, where many residents incurred significant damages to their property. Before and after these events we would receive many calls from our part time resident neighbors and friends asking us to check their homes security and report any damages after.

We give you Peace of Mind that your home is safe, everything is functioning properly, and help you get repairs expedited efficiently, on a timely base.
Zosia has been monitoring private part time owner’s residences since we moved to Tavernier Key in Islamorada. Her strong work ethic and impeccable integrity have made her a valuable asset to her clients. Her experience working on-site have exposed her to many of the issues above that can happen to your home when you are not here. She has learned how to identify these issues. Additionally, her experience working with clients to communicate with their contractors and vendors on their behalf have given her the expertise to give you the quality service you expect.
Michael is a graduate of Nene College in Northampton, England in the field of Leather Technology. He is a second generation Leather Technician who worked in the American Leather Industry as a Plant Manager, Technical Manager, and later as a Technical Sales Representative for a major specialty chemical and dye company for almost 20 years. The leather industry has since migrated out of the US forcing him to make a change. He moved to Tavernier in the Florida Keys in 2001 and has been a trusted manager for a successful chain of retail stores here in the Keys. His strong business management and communication skills are “Keys” to giving you the Home Watch Services we provide, professionally and efficiently.
Both are members of the local Islamorada Elks and Moose organizations here in the Florida Keys.
